Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair communication towers and related equipment
- Perform tower climbing and rigging tasks
- Follow safety procedures and use safety equipment at all times
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience with tower climbing and rigging
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb and work at heights
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
